What is Cystic Fibrosis?
Cystic Fibrosis is a genetically inherited disease that currently has no cure for it. This disease causes long-term affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. There are about 40,000 people (including children and adults) with CF in the United States and about 105,000 people across the globe.

Volunteering
We provide volunteering opportunities relating to pulmonary medicine and CF. These can count towards hours for medical/graduate school.
Shadowing
We provide shadowing opportunities through MSU’s Cystic Fibrosis Center and Dr. Ryan Thomas, M.D.
Medical Opportunities
We offer medical opportunities for pre-medical/health students such as suture clinics, pre-medical workshops with physician and medical student expertise, IV/Injection Workshops, and more!
Seminars
We provide seminars and workshops related to learning about Cystic Fibrosis and the overall medical school journey. Members are able to engage with professionals in the field such as physicians, researchers, medical school students, and more!
